North Brisbane Police were lucky to attend a recent event welcoming newly arrived refugees and their families.
The event was hosted by the Zillmere Community Centre and the Multicultural Development Association as part of Refugee Week celebrations.
There were people from many different cultures at the celebration who all joined together to enjoy wonderful food, music and dancing.
There was even a competitive table tennis competition, which we are sorry to say we lost.
