The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal traffic crash that claimed the life of a woman at Mango Hill this afternoon.
Preliminary information suggests around 1.00pm the 36-year-old woman was travelling along Kinsellas Road East when the she lost control of the vehicle, a white Mercedes sedan, causing it to roll before bursting into flames.
She was declared deceased at the scene.
Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or who may have dash cam footage of the incident is urged to contact Policelink or Crime Stoppers.

For the North Brisbane Crime Prevention Team, Sunday was all about potatoes on sticks, street performers and very large slobbery dogs!
Maggie the St Bernard dropped into our stall at the annual Einbumpin Festival at Sandgate.  Despite REALLY wanting to sign on the dotted line as our newest recruit, Maggie had to settle for cuddles and kisses. Lets face it, at 78 kilograms, she is not going move with any kind of haste!
Besides visits from Maggie, the team had a great day offering crime prevention advise and meeting the public.

A 25-year-old male Constable from the Brisbane Region has been stood down from official duty with the Queensland Police Service and will be tasked to perform non-operational duties.
The officer is the subject of an investigation regarding allegations of domestic violence.
In keeping with our commitment to high standards of behaviour, transparency and accountability, we have undertaken to inform the public when an officer faces serious allegations of misconduct.
This does not mean the allegations against the officers have been substantiated.
