Two men who escaped from a correctional facility near Rockhampton have been located and charged overnight.
The men escaped the facility on the Bruce Highway on Saturday morning and were located in North Brisbane yesterday afternoon and were taken into custody.
A 36-year-old man and a 37-year-old man have both been charged with one count each of escape lawful custody and are due to appear in the Pine Rivers Magistrates Court today.

Police are currently at the scene of a serious two vehicle traffic crash on the Gateway Motorway through Nudgee today.
Initial information suggests at around 12pm, two vehicles crashed in the southbound lanes of the motorway 500m south of Bicentennial Road.
One person has died, while the man in the second vehicle was not physically injured.
The Gateway Motorway southbound is completely blocked with diversions in place. Northbound lanes are also congested with motorists being asked to avoid the area.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
