Meet the North Brisbane Domestic and Family Violence Unit at Chermside

On Thursday November 29, police from the North Brisbane Domestic and Family Violence Unit will be at Westfield Chermside Shopping Centre.
Between 9am and 9pm on November 29, you will find police alongside the Northside Alliance Against Domestic Violence raising awareness in the community about the impacts of violence.
They will also be on hand to advice on support services to those who have or are currently experiencing violence.
Police will be setup near Kmart and will be joined throughout the day by various different units including the Mounted Unit and police puppies. Details are as below:
Mounted Unit visit
10.30am, November 29 – outside the Barvarian Steak house.
Police puppy visit 
5pm, November 29 – at the stall set up outside Kmart.
