Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a garbage truck stolen from Brisbane City on Sunday, August 11.
The Council vehicle was taken by two people from outside the Roma Street Transit Centre around 3.15am while the driver was conducting duties, collecting a bin.
A debit card inside the vehicle was used a short time later in Cleveland.
Police believe the vehicle may have since travelled to the Benarkin area and are appealing for any local residents who may have seen the truck (pictured) to come forward.
