Pulpitation Music Promotions and Beats Cartel will present an evening of girl power! Female rock bands, headlined by Tai Sui, will rock the crowd with their heavy metal and punk rock pieces. Tai Sui’s music is a fusion genre of heavy metal and hip hop.

Sound Practitioner Leith James will be conducting a “Gong Sound Meditation,” said to be like a lasting massage experience. Participants will lay on their back in a savasana position, while the gongs are being played, to let the sound waves move through the nervous system.
All yoga mats and blankets will be supplied. Do remember to wear comfy clothes and leave the kids at home.

Stage 6 Health & Fitness is hosting free community events. This week, it’s all about learning self-defense. The workshop will cover understanding the predator’s mindset, ways to avoid being seen as an easy target, physical practices (break grips, chike, and joint locks), and ways to overcome strength deficit.
