Detectives investigating the alleged armed robbery of a hotel in Kedron on February 8 have charged a man.
It will be alleged at 3.42am, three men, two armed with a firearm and the other with a machete entered the hotel on Gympie Road.
Once inside the men threatened a staff member and security guard making demands for money.
Staff have complied with their demands and handed over cash.
The two members of staff were not physically injured.
A 23-year-old Mansfield man has been charged with one count each of armed robbery, attempted arson and unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He will appear at the Brisbane Magistrates Court today, February 16.
Investigations are continuing.
