Detectives are seeking assistance of home owners who have CCTV footage of possible offenders in the Ascot/Clayfield area.
Between July 19 and July 20, police have received reports of seven steal from a vehicle offences within the Ascot/Clayfield area.
All of these reported offences occurred during the overnight period, with cash and computer items being targeted, mostly from unsecured vehicles.
Follow-up enquiries reveal that several unknown males have been captured on private CCTV cameras in the Ascot area during these times. However, at this time, these males remain unidentified.
Detectives are urgently seeking assistance from any home owners who may have CCTV footage of the unknown persons either on their home property or within the vicinity.
