Once a month, the generous volunteers attached to the North Brisbane branch of Uniforms4Kids (U4K) meet together to discuss their planning, share ideas and inspiration, to support children in the community.

On Saturday, February 8, Sergeant Jodie Murray from North Brisbane Crime Prevention joined the volunteers and shared stories of the families and children that received their clothes, bags, hats made by the team.
This may be families that have been subject to domestic and family violence, families that were unable to give gifts to their children at Christmas time, or children with special needs.
U4K is an innovative program re-purposing donated law enforcement and emergency services organisations uniforms (which would have otherwise been disposed of), into beautiful and unique clothes made with love for children in need.
