North Brisbane Police are celebrating Queensland Women’s Week by profiling some of the strong, diverse women in policing from across the district.
Our second female in focus for the week is Senior Constable Linda Tajnai who works as part of Road Policing Task Force, based at Boondall Police complex.

Can you tell us about what your current job role is in the QPS, and a summary of your career?
I joined the QPS in February 2010 and completed my first year in Petrie and Sandgate Police stations.
I completed my tenure at Boondall Generals and commenced duties as a traffic officer in May 2015 at the Road Policing Task Force. In 2015, I became one of the first females to complete the QPS motorbike course.
